Why doesn’t anyone want to know about one of the worst air crashes in our history?
Today is the 50th anniversary of an air crash that, at the time, was one of the ten worst aviation disasters in the world. How come, to judge by the media, no one wants to know about it today? It has all the right elements of a greta story — Mountie, spy, war and gridiron heroes on board. A beautiful little girl. A plane flying off into a mystery just before Christmas… And nobody wants to know, or, in the media, seems to think anyone would be interested. How come? Because it was Canadian? But that can’t be. There were Americans on board, it strayed over US territory and finally crashed on the border. Any ideas?
