could i live in hawaii with this salary?
i will be teaching special education there for a max of 2-3 years. i will be receiving about 35-40 grand. i heard the living expenses in hawaii were really expensive…
**since i am one person i will probably be getting this one bedroom studio which is about 900 a month (not with utilities i think).
**i don’t shop or eat out much - probably only use $20-30 a week, if i actually decide to get anything.
taxes are a killer though. do you think i could manage living there???
ALSO: if i CAN manage to live there, do you think i would have enough money to pay for side aviation classes. i really want to get my license some day. if i can’t then its ok. i just want to know if i can live there first!!!

haha yeah i was planning on eating ramens. i did it throughout college, why stop!
that is RIDICULOUS. what if i had a FAMILY???? AHHhhh!!!!!!!!!!! I want to go there SO BAD. ive been there twice and i am determined to live there.
