Did the Russians file a ‘flight plan’ as they flew over Hull? Were they in contact with the correct radio?
…. or radar information service when in our waters?
Just wondered. I was led to believe they were legal requirements.
I bet I couldn’t land a Cessna in Red Square without being shot out the sky! Times change.
Is it ok for them to break International Aviation Law? Shall I consult my lawyer?
